OAKLEY, William Henry

Attica, July 25 – William Henry Oakley, 86, who resided here in the home of his son, Clifford, died Sunday afternoon in the Lewis Nursing Home, Lafayette. He was taken there several weeks ago after suffering a stroke. Born in Howard County, near Kokomo, he was first married to Lillie S. Clark, who died.  He later married Mrs. Ella Glascock who survives.  Surviving with the widow are four children: Clarence, Spokane, Wash; Clark, Danville, Ill; Clifford, Attica and Mrs. Elizabeth Tinsman, Glenn Ellyn, Ill and a brother, John Oakley of Attica. - klbz

Oakley, William Henry – Friends may call at DeSutter Funeral Home, Attica where services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.  Burial in Riverside cemetery. Rev. Otis L. Collier will officiate. - kbz
